Built for the people
who move freight.

Choose what your company does. This is what the portal changes for you on the first order.

FOR CARRIERS

Fewer empty kilometres. Invoices that write themselves.

Quote on requests in your corridor, run the order from your own desk and let the signed delivery become the invoice.

  • Quote where you driveYou see the requests in your corridor, and every carrier quotes against the same request.
  • Proof on the driver's phoneSignature, photos and notes are captured at handover and attached to the order.
  • Invoice from the signed PODBuilt from the accepted delivery and the agreed price. Nothing to retype.
  • Fill the way homePublish return capacity, or declare a load you already have, and let the network look for a match.

Seven inboxes.
Or one order.

The same shipment lives in an email thread, a WhatsApp chat, a scanned CMR and a spreadsheet. On TrustedTrucks it lives once, and everyone on the load works from it.

03What you getFOR EVERY REGISTERED COMPANY

Less admin.
More freight.

What changes for your company on the first order, not in a roadmap.

01 / GET PAID ON PROOF

From signed POD to invoice, without chasing.

The invoice is built from the accepted delivery and the agreed price, so there is nothing to retype and nothing to argue about. Factoring and trade finance providers can see the same proof, if you let them.

02 / FILL THE WAY HOME

Return loads, matched to your truck.

Publish your return capacity, or declare a load you already have. The network looks for freight that fits the vehicle and the corridor.

03 / KNOW WHO YOU WORK WITH

Every company is checked.

Transport licence, liability insurance and business identity are reviewed before a company can quote or order.

04 / CARBON YOUR CUSTOMERS ASK FOR

Emissions on every order.

Calculated from distance, load and vehicle under ISO 14083 and the GLEC Framework, with the method kept beside the figure.

05 / TWO-PERSON RULE

No payment leaves on one click.

Company payments follow your signing route: limits per person, a second signature above them.

06 / YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

Shared by contract, not by default.

Partners see what an order requires. You can export everything and leave with your record.

Ready when you are. Registration is six steps and one business check.

09JoiningSIX STEPS · ONE REVIEW

Six steps
to your first order.

Registration is the business check your trading partners would otherwise do themselves, done once and shared with every order you take.

  1. Choose your entity type and the role profile you register with.

  2. The person who will manage the company account: name, email, ID document.

  3. Company name, VAT number and registered address.

  4. Your company wallet is created; add the bank account you settle with.

  5. Upload the licences and certificates your entity type needs.

  6. We review the business (KYB). You can start once it is approved.

10QuestionsBEFORE YOU REGISTER

Good
questions.

Your company. TrustedTrucks contracts with legal entities. You then act inside it as a person with the role your company gives you, and you can be invited to more than one company.

No. Your company invites you. You sign in with your own account and see the orders and tasks your role allows.

Only what an order or an engagement requires. A carrier sees the request it quotes on and the order it runs; nobody browses your records.

Platform services are debited in TTRUX credits from your company wallet. Freight itself is invoiced and paid in euros between the parties.

It depends on the documents your entity type needs. Have the checklist ready and the review is quicker; you can prepare your workspace in the meantime.

No. The order ticket, the calculator and the examples on this page are illustrations of how the portal works.
